Kentucky Ear, Nose and Throat participates in most insurance plans available.  Please contact our office to see if we are providers for you plan.  We file claims for all surgery performed and most office visits, depending on your policy.

However, you are responsible for obtaining any referrals required by your insurance carrier.  We will expect you to make co-payments at the time you check in.  We will also collect any coinsurance and/or deductibles before surgical services are rendered.  Should you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact of Billing Department or the Office Manager prior to your visit.
