Dr. Keith Alexander, M.D. Keith Alexander, M.D.
Completed medical school and his otolaryngology residency at Ohio State University. Dr. Alexander moved to Kentucky and founded Kentucky Ear, Nose & Throat, Head & Neck Surgeons in 1989. He resides in Lexington with his wife Nanci and their two sons Andrew and David. His interests include church, backpacking, landscaping, and medical missions.

Dr. Gregory Osetinsky, M.D. Gregory Osetinsky, M.D.
Completed his otolaryngology residency at the Mayo Clinic in 1989. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received his medical degree from Louisiana State University. He currently retains a faculty appointment as an assistant professor at the University of Kentucky. He has also served as President of the Lexington Medical Society. Along with his wife Julie, he stays busy with his children Paul, Mariel, and Peytra and their activities. His interests include skiing and scuba.

Dr. Kenneth *Tad* Hughes, M.D. Kenneth "Tad" Hughes, M.D.
Joined the group in July 1994 after completing a 5-year otolaryngology residency at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Minnesota. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. He resides in Lexington with his wife, Dawn, and his two children, Taylor and Sam. His interests include jogging, golf, and coaching.

Dr. Albert Laureano, M.D. Albert Laureano, M.D.
Joined the group in 2000. Dr. Laureano obtained his medical degree at Pennsylvania State University. He then completed a 2-year internship and a 4-year residency in otolaryngology at Southern Illinois University. He came to Kentucky in 1993 where he began employment with the Lexington Clinic in Otolaryngology. He resides with his wife, Vida and two children, Nicholas and Jackson in Lexington. His interests include tennis and golf.

Dr. Van Metre, M.D. Ray Van Metre, M.D.
Joined the practice in 2005. Dr. Van Metre graduated from Washington & Lee University and then received his medical degree from Marshall University. He completed his residency training at West Virginia University. Dr. Van Metre resides in Lexington with his wife Kelly, and daughter Lydia. His interests include soccer, running, water sports and golf.

Sharon Howard, A.R.N.P Sharon Howard A.R.N.P
Is a certified nurse practitioner who joined the practice in July 1998. Sharon acquired a Master of Science in Nursing in August of 1994. She completed the Post Master’s program in Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Kentucky. Sharon has been in healthcare since 1985.

Janet Taff, Au.D. Janet Taff, Au.D.
Is a licensed and certified audiologist and hearing instrument specialist. Janet received her Doctor of Audiology degree in March 2004 from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. She is also a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park. Janet has 24 years experience as a Clinical audiologist and she joined the practice in April 1995. Her interests include camping and horseback riding.

Susan Kosky, MS, CCC-A Susan Kosky-Yezzo, Au.D., CCC-A
Is a licensed audiologist and a licensed hearing instrument specialist in the state of Kentucky. In addition to her state licensure, Susan is also certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Susan received a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree in Communication Disorders in 2000 from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Science Degree in Audiology from Towson University in 2002. In 2005, she received her Doctor of Audiology Degree from PCO School of Audiology. Susan is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Kentucky Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Susan joined the practice in 2002 and resides in Lexington with her husband Paul and son Cooper.

Emily Wachs, ARNP Emily Wachs, ARNP
Ms. Wachs, a native of Lexington, KY, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialty interest and experience in allergy and ENT. She is a 2006 graduate of Vanderbilt University where she received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing. Ms. Wachs obtained her BSN from Bellermine University in Louisville, Kentucky. Prior to joining KY ENT, Ms. Wachs practiced with an allergy/ENT clinic in Nashville, TN and worked as an ICU Registered Nurse in Louisville, KY. Interests outside of work include tennis, yoga, volunteer work and international travel.

Stephen Randolph, Practice Administrator Stephen Randolph, Practice Administrator
Mr. Randolph, C.P.A. graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Accounting and Economics. His professional work experience began in the life insurance industry working for Aegon, then Consumers Financial Corp, becoming the youngest Controller in their history. Mr. Randolph moved to the health care industry in 1996, becoming Chief Executive Officer for both a multi-physician specialty Practice and an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Mr. Randolph joined KYENT in 2002. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and scuba diving.
